I was having a conversation with the trees. They told me it’s ok to love even when you know it’s wrong, even when you know you’ll get hurt, it’s still ok to love. You don’t have to shut down your heart the minute things go wrong. Stay open- to give to receive- but trust the guidance you receive. Love doesn’t mean perfection- it’s trust- it’s beautiful, it’s unconditional. Just because you’re sensitive doesn’t mean stop loving. Just because you’ve gotten hurt, don’t lose faith in love. It doesn’t mean you’ve done something wrong. It doesn’t mean you’ll get hurt again. Keep loving- keep your heart open- love is everything- the moment you shut your heart down you’re blocked from the world- from giving and receiving in all capacities. There’s truth in love- it’s unconditional- it’s all there is. Trust the love you are. Be the truth you are. Accept the Christ I AM- You are- We all are. Anytime you feel emptiness, sadness, anger, any lack send it love. Fill it with love. Heal it with love. Love is the answer. Thank you.

Silence is the key to all the answers within. It brings clarity, wisdom, and intuition. Listen to what the silence says and you will hear the divine.

Life is so full of distractions it’s hard to get a minute of silence. If you do get a minute it feels as if you should be doing something else, but time never stops. Life is the playground- take a time out everyday to listen and you won’t tire out so easily.

Often my own thoughts crowd the silence. Millions of thoughts at once trying to get out and I’m not sure which one to follow- that’s ego. The ego needs to be quieted, so sit and breathe through these thoughts until they dissipate. Then you can hear Spirit, or the heart will speak. Listen in your own heart space after your thoughts are quieted in order to hear truth.

Truth doesn’t waver. Truth is. You can trust in truth. The underlying truth in every experience is love. God is love. Trusting God/love to guide you to truth. Instead of doubting, know. Follow truth/God/love, staying true to your Spirit.

Loving, forgiving, trusting…being truth.

The Truth…

Truth is what you believe. If you believe you’re a victim of the world, you’ll keep having victim experiences. If you believe you’re the Christ, you will have Christ like experiences. It’s about remembering your truth, who you are in your darkest moments. Not letting the world win, but allowing your Christ Spirit to win, finding the light in the darkness.

When you go through your dark night of the soul, remember the light is there when you choose to open your eyes and look at the truth.
